Diana Tuorto is a Buffalo, NY-based children's author. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in English Writing and History, Diana is also an active horse rescue volunteer. She shares a small farm with her husband, two horses and six cats.
In 2022, Diana’s books won Honorable Mention in the Picture Books 5 & Younger, Early Readers, Middle Grade Fiction, Animals/Pets and Charity/Making a Difference categories of the Purple Dragonfly Book Award.
In 2022, Diana’s books won Story Monsters Approved! honors in the Picture Book, Early Reader Fiction, and Middle Grade Fiction categories.
In 2021, Diana’s books were honored by the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest, the world’s premier showcase for domestic and international equestrian content feature films, documentaries, shorts, music videos, commercials, training and educational materials, art and literature.
